Overview

Just Sweat Fitness Studio Inc. offers Personal Training, Group Training, and and boot camp style training at its brand new facility, off-site training to corporate clients at the location of their choice and online training for individuals too busy to meet face-to-face.

Studio

The Just Sweat Studio is designed to cater to the unique needs of members. Features include:

  • High-end training equipment
  • Large, open, matted area
  • Shower and change facilities
  • Lounge area
  • Outdoor Patio and relaxation area for warm weather months
  • On-site parking and plenty of street parking

After a workout members are invited to take advantage of several in-house perks including toiletry and towel service, healthy snacks and drinks, or relax in the cool down lounge while catching up on email, watching TV or reading the paper.

Centrally located in downtown London, Just Sweat is minutes from any corner of the city so it’s easy for members to incorporate fitness into their lives before, during and after work.

For added convenience, members also have access to online scheduling (so sessions can be easily booked using the internet) and early morning and evening appointments.

Trainers

Just Sweat trainers are experienced and well rounded, each bringing years of experience to the table. They’re known for their devotion to clients, techniques that gets results, creating fun and interesting workouts and a passion for health and wellness. Just Sweat trainers understand members want results and work hard to make them happen.
