Group Training

Group training is a great way to train along side a friend, loved one, or join on your own for a cost effective training solution! We like to keep our small group training program limited to 2-4 people per trainer so we can make sure each individual gets proper care and attention. This program is fantastic for BFF’s, Wedding parties, husband and wife pairs, or you can┬ájust bring yourself and we will add you to a group!

TRX Beginners

TRX beginners fitness class is a great introduction into fitness

An introduction into fitness! Building your body from the core out as you get stronger, more stable and Burn Fat at the same time. The TRX bands help you become more aware of how the body works and teaches you how to activate those deep abdominal muscles. It creates a solid foundation that will help prevent injuries in any sport. A great class for newbies or for the everyday person looking to get back into a fitness program!

TRX Advanced

The Advanced TRX Fitness class is for those who are looking for more strength and powerOnce you’ve graduated our beginner/intermediate class, it’s time to SWEAT!!! Focusing on building more strength and power with this high tempo, fat burning workout!!

This program is designed to keep you progress into the fitness star that you are!! A great program for the more experienced athlete looking for that next level.

This program is for everyone! From the individual looking for a more toned physique to the competitive athlete who can’t touch his toes! (I won’t call any names).

School Lunch Hour Fitness

You want it? You got it!! We’re bringing our fitness programs to YOU!!! Our Lunch Hour School programs are designed to keep our youth strong and fit while having a blast!! We have put together what we call the World’s Greatest Kid Fit Program!! We focus on skill development and the importance of exercise and proper nutrition!! This program has it all – FUN and FITNESS!!!

Kids Football Training

Always be ahead of the competition! Our Speed and Agility training program will get you moving faster than ever before. We make sure you stay on the field as we also include injury prevention techniques to keep you on top of your game!! You don’t have to be the biggest one out there but it never hurt to be the fastest!! And who says you can’t be big AND fast? Not us!!! A great program for all types of athletes looking to improve balance, speed and conditioning!
